FBI AND NOPD SEEK PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE
IN IDENTIFYING AND LOCATING BANK ROBBER



James Bernazzani, Special Agent in Charge of the New Orleans Division of the FBI and Warren Riley, NOPD Superintendent announce today’s Chase Bank robbery at 5001 Prytania Street, New Orleans, Louisiana.

At approximately 11:20 am today, a white male entered the bank, approached a teller and demanding money. The robber got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The robber is described as a white male with a light complexion, approximately 5’6” tall, 150 pounds, mid-40s, blue eyes, wearing blue and white checkered shorts and a short sleeved tan T-shirt with a pocket on the left side. He was also wearing a dark baseball cap and white tennis shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 504-816-3000. The Metropolitan Orleans Bank Security Association (MOBSA) is offering a reward of up to

$5,000. for information leading to the arrest and indictment of this bank robber.
