NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA -JOSHUA DANIEL MORGAN, age (26) a resident of Roseland, Louisiana, was sentenced by U. S. District Judge Martin L.E. Feldman to thirty-seven (37) months imprisonment for Conspiracy to Commit Bank Robbery, announced U. S Attorney Jim Letten. In addition to the term of imprisonment, Judge Feldman imposed three (3) years of supervised release following the term of imprisonment. During the three year term, the defendant will be under federal supervision and risks an additional term of imprisonment should he violate any terms of his supervised release. |
